INGREDIENTS
Rolled oats, oat bran, milk protein isolate, pea protein concentrate, dehydrated apples (preserved with sulfur dioxide), whey protein concentrate, corn bran, oat fiber,
natural and artificial flavors, spice.
DIRECTIONS
For best results, mix contents of one packet with 6 ounces of hot water. Add half the water first to prevent the powder from sticking to the bottom of a mug or bowl. Stir
with spoon until powder is fully mixed, then add remaining water and continue stirring. Let oatmeal sit for 3 minutes to allow powder to completely dissolve.
