PROTI® BRAND HOT CHOCOLATE DRINK MIX Protein:  15 grams Carbohydrate:  4 grams   Fat:  1 gram Calories:  80 HOT CHOCOLATE INGREDIENTS Calcium caseinate, alkalized cocoa, hydrolyzed gelatin, maltodextrin, gelatin, salt. Contains 2 percent or less of: natural and artificial flavors, malt extract, aspartame (non-nutritive sweetener), silicon dioxide. DIRECTIONS For best results mix contents of one packet with 8 ounces of hot water. Add half the water first to prevent the powder from sticking to the bottom of a cup or mug. Stir with spoon until powder is fully mixed. Let beverage sit for 3 minutes to allow powder to completely dissolve into water. Food Exchange: 2 Lean Protein
