INGREDIENTS
Hydrolyzed gelatin, whey protein concentrate, tartaric acid, citric acid. Contains 2 percent or less of: artificial flavor, beet extract color, cranberry juice solids, potassium citrate, aspartame (non-nutritive sweetener), turmeric extract color, silicon dioxide, soy lecithin, sulfites. Phenylketonurics: Contains phenylalanine. May also contain egg and wheat.
DIRECTIONS
For best results mix contents of one packet with 8 ounces of cold water. Add half the water first to prevent the powder from sticking to the bottom of a glass or shaker bottle. Stir with spoon or shake bottle vigorously until powder is fully mixed. Let beverage sit for 3 minutes to allow powder to completely dissolve into water.
