Appetizer

1 large onion
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. dried thyme or oregano
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
1. Cut about 1/2 inch of top of onion and peel off outer skin.
2. Cut onion into 12-16 vertical wedges, leaving base intact.
3. Set onion bloom on large piece of foil; top with olive oil and herbs.
4. Wrap foil around seasoned onion and pinch edges together tightly.
5. Place wrapped onion upright on pan and bake at 425 degrees F for 30 minutes or until tender and cooked.
