Side Dish

4 c. chopped Cauliflower
½ c. finely chopped Green Pepper
¼ c. chopped celery
¼ c. chopped onion
½ c. Fat-Free Dressing
1 pkg. Artificial sweetener
3 tbsp. Mustard
Steam or boil cauliflower until semi soft. (not mushy) Drain well and set aside until cool. Meanwhile, make dressing: Combine ½ c. of fat-free ranch dressing, 1 pkg. of artificial sweetener, 3 tbsp. mustard, in a small saucepan and cook of medium heat for about 5 –10 minutes. Remove from heat and pour over vegetables while still warm. Garnish with celery seed.
Can be served warm or chill for 2 hrs.
