1 pound ground turkey breast
1 can diced green chili’s
12-14 fat-free corn tortillas
2 cans turkey chili
Fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
Chili powder, to taste
Garlic salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Brown turkey breast in skillet; add seasonings. Place 2 tablespoons of ground turkey, ½ teaspoon green chili’s, onion and cheese into a tortilla, roll up and place in baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Continue with remaining tortillas. Top with chili and cheese and bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and chili is bubbly.
