1 lb. fish fillets (snapper or sole)
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
½ tsp. chopped garlic
½ cup sliced onions
½ tsp. chili powder
¼ tsp. oregano
¼ tsp. cumin
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Arrange fish in a baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick coating. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Bake for 10-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
