4 (4 ounce) salmon steaks
¼ teaspoon dill (fresh or dried)
½ teaspoon parsley
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Dash of Old Bay lemon-pepper
Place in salmon steak on its own sheet of aluminum foil. Season with all above ingredients, dividing equally among each and wrap tightly. Place on a pre-heated grill, turning every 10 minutes. Takes approximately 20-30 minutes over medium heat.
*Easy Dill Sauce*
½ cup fat-free ranch dressing
1 teaspoon dill (fresh or dried)
1 T&H chicken soup supplement (dry)
½ cup fat-free sour cream
½ teaspoon chives
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and chill. Best if chilled overnight so flavors absorb.
