4-4 oz. salmon steaks
¼ tsp. dill (fresh or dried)
½ tsp. Parsley
4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Place each salmon steak on it’s own sheet of aluminum foil. Season with all above ingredients, dividing equally among each and wrap lightly. Place on a preheated grill, turning every 10 minutes. Takes approximately 20-30 minutes over medium heat. Serves 4
Easy Dill Sauce
½ cup Fat-free Ranch Dressing
1 tsp. Dill (fresh or dried)
1 T&H Chicken Soup Supplement (dry)
½ cup fat-free sour cream
½ tsp. Chives
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and chill.
Best if chilled overnight so flavors absorb.
