3 Cucumbers (chopped)
3 Tomatoes (chopped)
2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
2 Green Onions (sliced)
2 Tbsp. Fat Free Italian Dressing
Fresh Pepper to taste
Combine all cut up vegetables and add red wine vinegar and fat free italian dressing. Chill overnight to blend all flavors. Use as unlimited raw vegetables. Severing suggestions….. Charbroil a chicken breast and top with mixture.
